Historic Royal Palaces
Staff training for the carers of iconic British landmarks, including Hampton Court Palace and Tower of London.
Historic Royal Palaces are the team of people who love and look after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world. They tell stories about the monarchs you know, and the lives you don’t. They are a charity, set up to give the palaces a future, for everyone.
We collaborated with the HR team at Historic Royal Palaces to create their internal staff training materials. Their goal was to develop branded templates that could be quickly produced and expanded upon without extensive investment.
Our approach
We worked with the internal teams to understand all elements of the training to be provided, how it was to be used, and the aims and objectives for each module.
Our team incorporated client-provided visuals and utilised the internal photo bank and on-site photographer for additional resources, to help keep costs low, and to maintain brand consistency throughout.
Activity locking was integrated within each interactive module for sequential release to ensure step-by-step completion by staff.
The final packages were delivered in SCORM for upload onto their internal learning platform and have already received excellent feedback from users.
